Tony Maudsley nasceu em 30 de janeiro de 1968, em Liverpool na Inglaterra. É um ator britânico de cinema que interpretou Grope no filme Harry Potter e a Ordem da Fênix. Sua carreira se iniciou no filme televisivo “A Life for a Life” de 1998. Ele também fez pequenas atuações na TV nos intervalos entre seus filmes.
